Tama Community Enrichment Group is in the planning phase to build a 78,600 SF, 90-room hotel on 90 acres in Tama County, Iowa. The hotel will contain an indoor pool, fitness room, and spa facilities for their visitors. The facility will also house a 560-seat conference center which will serve for both hotel functions and casino events. The facility will also contain a 525-slot casino with a 100-seat buffet and 100-seat sports bar. Construction is estimated to begin Fall 2010.
