WALDO RESIDENCE The attic of a 1942 Cape Cod-style home was converted from normally unusable space into a multi-functional space. The goal was to create a unique area for the homeowners to enjoy their children in a “space-full” atmosphere with natural light as a focal point of the design. The addition increased the total area of the house by 950 SF and includes: the master bedroom, master bath with two vanities and separate shower and tub, HVAC room, and multiple storage closets. |
